THats brilliant.. Would never happen to me because I always sit with ignition on and wind it over b4 coming to junctions etc so I have some servo power for the brakes...

Why did they use a rope?

If they were so clever in tweaking the scooby to great limits... Why not a proper tow bar or even a truck.
