There are agencies for football agents, have a browse on the web. I'm sure you have to be licensed too.

Have to be licensed as Nath says, not an easy business to get into. No chance

Yeah I know, how the devil are you mate?
In the UK the FA required to sit an exam testing their knowledge about a variety of things including rules of the FA, FIFA statutes, players contracts etc etc. They also have to comply with the rules and acts set out by FIFA and failure to do so can result in you losing your agents licence. The exam is said to be very hard! (Obviously I suppose not to let any fool become an agent!).
I *think* you can get a football agent pack sent out to you from the FA as well- the pack basically tells you all the info you need regarding the exam etc and how to apply for it.
And FIFA (or the FA) will have a list of football agencies also.
Hope this helps?

I wouldn't have thought it to be worth while IMO. To make big money you'd have to attract top premiership players and I'm 100% sure they would use a big name agent and agency. I know a lot of league 1 and most of league 2 players don't even have an agent so it would be very difficult and take a long time to build a trusted well known name on the circuit. Would be interesting though

Plus nobody respects agents as they are all money hungry cunts who are only looking out for themselves. The amount of agents we've been screwed over by is a joke. Carlos Edwards' one is a tosser, as was Enoch Showunmi's who touted his client for fucking ages. Enoch's agent appeared on that Panorama programme about corrupt agents, nice.

To be honest you get good ones and then you can crap ones!
It's like refs, if your a good nice genuine guy (like colina) then you get respected and he was by all players involved.
Yes some agents are idiots but some players don't help either.
I know a few of the southend players have agents and ive contacted a few to find out some info.
Imagine being Eastwoods agent, when he left Grays to join Southend his agent prob got a few K for it. He is now looking to move from Southend for a few million to another club!
His agent will prob get well over £500k for it!

You also now have another player who could do well.
His name is Michael Kightly, he was released by Southend and went to Grays for a while where he played outstanding week in week out.
He has just left there and gone to Wolves where he has carried on his good form and been spotted my Alex Ferguson apparently.
Imagine have him on your book, would be laughing in a short space of time!
I've actually contacted Kightly aswell as my mate knows him.

But when he went to Grays his agent must have been gutted.
The amount of Non-League players who might actually jump a few leagues isn't a great amount.
Finding a player who might one day make the jump will be tough.

I would have thought the average return for an agent on a £1million pound transfer is probably less than you might imagine. May earn 80-100k max I would have thought. A smaller agent will probably be dealing in smaller transfers, maybe 250-300k deals max, return on that is probably 30-50k.
