York City 5-0 Crawley Town

York got an early penalty after Donaldson was pushed in the box, obviously scored! 1 minuted later Steve Bowey scored another easy goal. York captain Emmanual Panther added a 3rd 10 minutes later, really good play up to it. Donaldson got a second in the second half making it 4-0. Craig Farrell made it 5-0 15 minutes later. Crawley were well and truely out played today and never looked a threat. York were all over them and never eased off throughout, which they usually do when they go in front. It could have so easily have been 7-0 as there were a couple of shots that went wide.

Attendance 2950/46 away fans.

Is Donaldson any good? Only he has been mentioned on our Message Boards recently.

Hes the leading Conference goal scorer and took his tally to 20 today. Wolverhampton boss Mick Macarthy has been to a few games to check him out and Peterborough have just had an offer of £100000 turned down and rightly so too.

Sounds promising. Is he young? If we lose Vine he could well fill his boots.

Apparently we wont take any less than £500,000 for him.

Nath, IMO hes a very talented player although can go off the boil sometimes but when hes on form hes fantastic. Extremly quick and has some nice touches and not afraid to take on a player also a good finisher when hes in front off goal.

5-0
