I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times, but here goes. I really am unsure what performance manifold to go for, and i want to make sure i make the right choice. Atm i'm thinking Lexmaul. I know these are suppose to be the best with few other modifications, but i do intend getting p+p head, cams and a re-map etc. So whats the best all round?

Depends what you want form the car really, If it were me doing it all over again on a 1.6 I would:

Lexmaul remap and leave it alone for day to day use

or

Mantzel, Remap, cams, headwork for weekend / fun car.

Robin, I know you had a Lexmaul. What sort of gains did you see, with what modifications? I'm thinking Lexmaul as i can get a new one for 300 posted from Germany.

which one is best for a good spread of torque through the rev range? Loads of roundabouts in mk and dont want to be revving the tits off the car to get it pulling.
