ive got two dents below my drivers side rear window any idea how much it should cost to get them fixed? or should i just take the interior trim off and poke them out?

have a try pokeing them,but dont push to hard,i had two underneath my offside rear window i poked them out,and some girl decided to reverse her jeep tow bar into my rear quarter panel,she gave me £300 to get it fixed and i just pushed it out,just lucky it wasnt creased or scrtched
