Ah crumbs, Jade noticed a damp patch on the kitchen ceiling yesterday, looked outside & no tiles are missing. Went up into the loft today & theres water running down the chimney & onto the timber truss then into the house, the back chimney is the same but not as bad. Probably need to get the lead flashings around them re-sealed or at worst replaced.....wonder what this will cost me

Its been a fecking nightmare, wind & rain sinse new year! Think im going to have a job getting anyone to fix it quickish aswell.

theres somthing wrong with one of our windows as we have a damp patch thats not long come up with all the torrential rain

gutting hope u sort it out houses are so fking expensive!!

Management company Its a 1920's built self contained flat....I own the lot roof included

If its not the lead flashings , it may be the roughcast (presuming that your chimneys are roughcasted)

No leaseholds in scotland!

No ground rent!

I own the flat the roof & the gardens around it...no one else involved!!
