would it be a good idea to keep away from colour coded parts with a pressure washer? reckon it will strip off easier?
got polish for the car today too. im not cut out to be a car owner that isnt brand new! im too much of a perfectionist and thats hard with a ten year old car!! needs a damn good hoovering and a polish. problem is i keep finding blemishes! atleast white covers it up
cant wait to pass my test and get the damn thing on the road.
share any cleaning secrets in here too!!

I wouldn't use a pressure washer on any of my car - nothing wrong with a sponge and bit of elbow grease!
Oh, and don't use washing up liquid, use proper car stuff - I recommend Turtle Wax!

Pressure washer is fine as long as you are not going too close..
Use a proper car shampoo. Autoglym or meguairs

yeah autoglym, bucket of hot water and a sponge works wonders!

I always use a jetwash lol! but saying that all the paintwork on my corsa is standard, but then after the jets, I usually give it a good ol' rub down with car shampoo and a sponge!

i jet wash mine! gets all the salt out of the arches!
salt will rust ur car very quikly! i always jetwash in the winter!ive never had flaking paint!
