looks like a nicely made manifold
should have got it made with a 30 degree angle though to follow the inlet port through to the valve. I went from a parralell one to a 30 degree one and just the swop of manifolds gained me 12 bhp, about 15 after mapping. also allows you to fit decent sized trumpets and filters to gain more torque
sorry to tell you

12hp is not gonna be noticable on the road so dont matter really, standard engines vary by that amount and more surely

manifold design on the x16xe is very important. 12 bhp is very noticable on the road, also theres about 5-8 lb/ft orf torque to be gained with the correct manifold. then theres the matter of extra airflow as the trumpets wont be directly facing the bulkhead. this also allows much longer trumpets to be used as well as better filters.
with paralell manifold:
with 30 degree manifold:
thats 2 graphs from the same rolling road. only thing changed is the inlet manifold. mad a big difference to how it drove on the road.

12bhp on a lightweight hatch with less than 150bhp will be noticeable.

look at the way the power curve changes at 5000rpm as well. would have gained more but didnt want t go past 7500 rpm with the rev limit at that point.
If you go for a higher limit and cams etc... the difference rises to as much as 20bhp and 10lb/ft torque with the different inlet.
