Well people i hope some one can help,
i have installed a really old game onto my pc, some of you may remember it, Revolt - remote control car racing.
Heres the problem - i insert the cd into the disc drive, it installs everything and appears fine. when i click on the icons to launch the game you hear the cd drive spool up and then a message pops up asking for the cd to be inserted into the drive, problem is that the cd is in the drive and it is not recognizing it
What can i do ? or what should i do ?

is that an option in the game setup or is that an option in windows ?
the game just installs and give no option for compatability and in the game config menu i again cant see compatability options

its a windows option
find the .exe file for the game (not sure whether youll need to do the one on the cd or on the hard drive or both)
right click on it
select properties
then select compatibility
