for once i wasn't speeding doing the limit thought the boro in the works van on a 30phm road, where's there's road works going on when i seen a sly as f00k speed van only hiding behind the traffic cones!!! looking very much as a council van? works van,etc..? bet he got loads as which get me on the fact of how can they hide as such? same as the t5's police cars hide behind motor signs? thought they had to be visible!

I know all their favorite hiding places on my daily journey, so I drive at the legal limit and put two fingers up as I drive past!

Depends on where the money is going.
If its a safer towns partnership funded thing...(cant remeber offiial name) then there are guidlines such as stickered vans, camera signs, at crash sites etc.
Patrol Cars and Officers can be wherever they want
