Now it seems like i want to change everything  anyone else feel like this?
We basically rennovated this whole place, everything painted magnolia, cream carpet etc but now i want to change it all

Cosmo, i did that with my flat, decorted every room and recarpeted throughout, fitted new kitchen and central heating.
Then once all finished sold it! made £30k in 2.5 yrs though so not too shabby!
Now got 3 bed semi with other half, done loads still needs loads doing (only moved in aug)

exactly, not really any point throwing more money at a house you itend to leave in a year or two when you've only just done all the rooms. Makes much more sense to start somewhere else or put the money aside until you do move.
