Obviously the higher the mileage ,the more engine wear , but what exactly bothers you about it , if at all ?

Reason being I'm looking at a car on 91k

depends on the car, if it was a fiat, renult, etc with 91k i wouldnt touch it, if it was a bmw, audi, volkswagen vauxhall then i would be fine with it if it had been looked after.

If the cars done a lot of miles I wouldnt go for it...only reason being the resale value would be low as when you start getting into the 100,000's its a big put off for MOST...

big mileages on diesels i dont think are too important, the engine is fine for it if looked after. its the ancilleries which cant take the mileage the same and need replaced.. suspension parts/electrics etc etc etc
