Following on from the thread in Geek day.

The tournament is to be held on Thursday 8th february at 7.30PM (14.30 EST) This gives us all chance to practise and make space for it in our busy schedules.

The event will be held on pokerroom.co.uk

If you are not already registered, please U2U me for an invite which will entitle you to $25 dollar bonus after a few games.

Game info:

Maximum 50 players

Buy-in: $5.50

Rebuy: 1 rebuy allowed in the 1st hour

Add on : 1 add on at the 1 hr mark.

Players per table: 5 (shorthand)

Blinds raised every 15mins.

So the most it will cost per person, is $16.50 (About 8 quid)

To find the tournement, log onto pokerroom.co.uk, click onto the tournament tab at the top. Then click private table, then look down the list for the tournament called xhale2007.

finally figured how to do it.

Once you sign up to poker room download the software that you use to play. Then at the top of that you can select ring lobby or tournaments. Select tournaments and then Private. Then just scroll down that list to find xhale2007 (there are two, one open and on cancelled. Join the open one!)

Thinking about it, its probably better if we keep it to just cs users for now.

yep cosmo, its easy enough to find once you have found the tournament tab.

i dont use the dowloadable version, i use the instant play.

currently try to climb the king of hill tournament, been to stage 2 so far, out of 4, 4th stage is 3.5k to winner, 1k to 2nd and 350 to third, 10 players start each round
