rent 3 single garages.

2 regular size, up and over door. 1 with power (elec cards)
1 small with metal shutter doors.

The 2 normal sized ones are big enough for the skyline, and are 130 a 1/4
The smaller one is around 90 a 1/4

N90ATH used to rent out a unit in the middle of sawbo and chelmsford. used to share the fees with his mates but there was enough room for 4 cars in there
