You need the motors, the switches and the wiring looms. It's a pain in the arse of a job to do. It's even a pain in the arse to fit new motors to cars that already have electric windows.
There is a tutorial in the FAQ section that will tell you what you need to do...

I did mine in just under a couple hours, easy job, just requires alot of patience and care.

cheers, i h8 manual windows, not sure if id have the patience tho  , jst seen da tutorial seems simple enuff, myt take a wile for me tho!!

If the car loom is there its no more than 1 hour a side. A second pair of hand is usefull to hold things in place while you aline them
