My new phone has 3.2mp camera and some of the pics it takes are just over 1mb in size, meaning they wont upload onto corsasport. Is there an easy way to reduce the size of them? I did a screenshot of a smaller version then cut and pasted the photo out of it into a new file and saved it, but surely theres got to be an easier way?

adobe photoshop and psp can resize them for you

had issues with it in the past. that prog flash22 posted works extremely well
