That is pretty much as far as its got at the moment, I've had it since October 2006 I think, and it was supposed to be out competing in January this year!! Oops.
Its ready to be put on the trailer to go up to Gorman Fabrication in Powys, Wales, hopefully on Sunday depending on this funny white stuff that has suddenly appeared from nowhere!
There its having a full cage welded in, triangulated to the front struts, dash bar and everything. It'll be there for a week, then when I get it back, serious work can happen!!
I'm converting the Barn where it is kept at the moment into a workshop while it is away so I've got no excuse to get on with it!!
For those of you who don't know, I was competing in this car in 2006:
Oooooops:
And very well I did too, considering it was my first full year competing in the South West Tarmac Championship!
Anyway, updates as and when they happen!!
Ben

Its a fibreglass 'Kit Spec' spoiler from a company called Pro Tec. They developed it for their Kit Car and are now selling it.

Nope, you weren't imagining it, I was at Trax with it. I towed it up on the trailer, took it round the track and parked up on the stand!

Ben,
Why are you changing from the Nova to a Corsa?
What happened to your Old Red Nova in the end?
How much was the tailgate?
And sorry final question.... The Carbon arch liners.... are they front or rear. As I thought they were front but don't look like mine.
Cheers mate

IIRC they are only covers for the holes into the engine bay. Not the whole lot like a standard plastic liner does.

Just fancied a newer car to rally in really, and the Corsa came up at the right time, plus my Nova was starting fall apart.
Padges old Nova, was stripped and sold to fund the rallying and a new practical car.
Tailgate was £125+vat, again from Pro Tec.
Rick is correct with the arch liners, they are front liners but only cover up the hole at each side of the engine bay, not the whole wheel arch!
Don't forget that DVD tomorrow Neil!!

Well, my car is now at Gorman Fabrication in Wales for the duration of this week, having its cage welded in, some strengthening work done and welded seat rails. Bit snowy driving up through Wales though:
Now thats out of the barn, I can get my workshop area built, ready to crack on with the car when I pick it up next Monday!!
