Hi im thinking of gettin my windows tinted but not sure what tint percentage will look the best,i dont want them totally black just want a nice smart look tint,so if you guys can post any pics of your tinted windows and tell me what percentage tint you have used would be very helpfull thanks

Mine are legal- not exactly sure of the percentage but 70% rings a bell, got them done at R-Tech in St Albans if that helps.

Because they all have tinted fronts and I'll bet you £100 none of them let 75% light through.

I know because I got pulled and a probation order put on my car the other week, subsequently having to remove my front light smoked tints



Jill, 70% would be illegal then. Mine were supposedly legal, the guy said they'd let through 75%. but even with the tint off my windows were at 85% so you really need to take into account the standard tint on the window. Plus, windows tinters will say anything to get your money
