Just says I have been selected as one of the 'privileged few' to see the Corsa VXR at Banbury, which is where the 888 headqaurters are iirc?

6th March between 6:30pm and 9:30pm - it is being revealed for the first time to the public at the Geneva motor show apparently.

"Your special preview event held at Banbury is not just a chance to see the Corsa VXR up close (reason enough in itself), it's also an opportunity to go on an exclusive tour of the VXR Performance Centre and be given a personal presentation by the VXR Product Team. A petrol head's dream."

Anyone else got this email? I think it's because I signed up for updates on the VXR website regarding the new Corsa.

I don't think you'll be able to test drive - I certainly won't only being 19. Fingers crossed though bit different from my 12v.

Was thinking about taking the missus, would rather take my dad though

I also wonder just how many people will be there. Hope it is only like 50, so that we don't get 10mins to view the car then move on.

could technically do 'em for false advertising. I hope I get in, lolz. Either that or there will be 1000 people there, each having 1 min to look at the car in groups of 50, then a 10min talk and tour via DVD.

You to have to reply to reserve your space, it's a first come first serve basis. They're pretty serious as well as it wasn't some online form entering your details again, it was an actual email address with no instructions. I asked them to reserve a place and gave them my postal address. I also asked if guests were allowed

Dad didn't seem that keen on coming to see it. If I don't have a car, I'll need transport.

Live in Biggleswade - I potentially have 1 space spare Let bidding commence jokes, seriously, I might have a space spare. Really don't fancy taking the missus.
