Im soon to be convering my 1.0 12v to a 1.6 16v. Would i need the fuel pump from the doner car, or would mine be ok for the job?

Out of curiosity... Will it be more expensive insuring it as an engine swap car as opposed to just insuring a 1.6 corsa?
