Has to be sony, if it was 360 fanboy i'd have to spend my life justifying why the better specced ps3 isn't actually better.
Interesting that its sony as a whole against one console.
I like most microsoft stuff including the 360 but I can't go and buy a microsoft lcd.

Thats one of the points i've never understood.
It didn't have 15 months more develop time.
They had bluray diode problems.
That doesn't mean you can go and design a new console because there are problems obtaining one part.
I have to agree that sony should have handled that problem a bit better though.
They should have known in advance it would happen.

Wasnt 15months when it was released in Japan.
End of the day everyone has there own choices, for me its sony, i just prefer there controler, the look of the system, i never considered buying a 360 and have rather played my PS2 til the the PS3 comes out.
I still wont buy a PS3 till the end of the year as i dont warrant £400+ on a games console, i have a social life that is free so i will go without till it comes down.

Developers had working machines last october with beta versions of games, i fail to see why improvments have not been made to online play and the general functionality/graphics of the console.
The only problems was mass producing the parts for the consoles

I totally agree, and I also agree with europe being shafted but they all do that.
120 quid for a wii in japan and 180 here.
Thats a 50% markup.

I think the PS controller is the best ever, fits perfectly in your hand, not to fat! button positions are ace!
And to check i asked the guys in the office and not one said the 360 controller
The only thing they said about them was the buttons underneath are good.

the 360 controller is 100% better than the ps2 controllers, the analog sticks on the ps2 were awful, anyone who thinks a ps2 controller is better than a 360 im sorry is a retard
im not commenting on the new ps3 controllers as i dont know anything about them

FPS using the ps2 controller was unplayabel tbh and i took a couple of ps2 fps back because they were unplayable.
there has only been one game i have played on the 360 thinking id rather have a ps2 controller here, and that was tony hawks 8
But i still completed it and enjoyed it with the 360 controller
