Hey all.
Have plastic primer
Have the correct paint
Have clear laquer and sand paper.

Dont know but if someone gives you a time.. dont go racing to try and match it or beat it. Take your time and dont start painting untill you are satisfied with the prep work, good luck with it though mate

sand down properly, smooth as u can get the plastic, then use filler primer, dry for good few hours, sand down with wet/dry
then primer again, dry for good few hours again, sand down and primer again, dry again, sand again, then when happy, paint, dry for good few hours or overnight, flat down with 1200 wet/dry, paint again, dry, when happy, dry overnite and then laquer, light coats

takes time to get a good finish and make sure it don't flake off, primer/paint may seem/feel dry after an hour or so but don't rush

Thats what i did when i sprayed my dash. Got season 1-7 of simpsons LOL.

The way i look at it is. Your not a body shop. If it takes all day to do it right, then it takes all day. You haven't gotta get 10 done by yesterday.

I know someone on here that used sandpaper for his bumpers and it didn't work very well.

Is there something else you can use to 'sand' down?
