I think the corner one looks quite good where it is it's hard when you cant see the whole room.

having looked at that last pic again, I'd say it was slightly too big... it wouldn't be as bad if it didn't jut out where the stairs are...

I think that would be better mate
I found sofas look quite small in the showrooms and when you get them home they're massive

its the only sofa that i have seen that I really like. Went to SCS and Land of leather and they were not the best in all honesty

no mate just placed together as tehy removed it soon after. It was just to get a feel for it
It would be bolted together etc properly and cushions attached correctly

Looks good, but personally i would have gone for a squared 'L' shape 3 seater, would have giving you more sofa space and would have fitted perfectly, as that does look a little big.

Do you use the cupboard under the stairs?
Might make more sense to seal the door up and get an L shaped sofa that fits at the edges.
Works well for a corner one but with some tweaking.
