Well Though id start one of these threads, not done much to date as only had car 6 months and not able to drive it due to ban.
Heres a few pics of how she looked when i first bought her
Basicall i have done so far is get it ready for MOT which it passed with minor thingsm 2 side repeaters missing wrong tyre size and handbreak was sticking at one side,
a few small mods that i have done are as follow
lowered her -35mm still not low enough but will do for now.
debaged grill
from
to
new bonnet cable (old one snapped)
New vectra side repeaters
from blue
to orange (for mot)
to
dtm wing mirrors
new peco back box, yes peko lets face it not much point in having a noisy exhaust when all i have is 12volts under bonet
from
to
and bought some new alloys and cleaned them up
ihave made some custom door pods which is the first time i have ever done anything like this and am pretty pleased with the result, however i have noticed the passenger one has a small crack in
future plans are:
a full boot install,
to fit my bonnet lifters
tint rear windows
depos
and a full respray in arden blue as its full of small scratches and scuffs
new side trims and to spray them all gloss black inc black part on bumper.
any feedback welcome cheers guys

Probably won't need respraying in terms of the scratches and scuffs. A good few hours t-cutting and polishing will probably work, if not, get it professionally cleaned - people on here know about that better than me.
Good to see you doing good things with a 12v
Grill picture won't load for me. Is it a standard slatted debadge one?
And I see you copied my project title

You'll find most people call them 12volts on here, its a joke. I don't think he believes his car runs off 12 volts.

Go away - just because you have an extra cylinder and 4 more valves

well did a tad more today recently bought a gsi kit from jay corsa (thanks) started to do the bumper today so just though id update..
this is how the bumper started off today
so went out bough a few bits n bats that i needed
body filler bumper filler and fiberglass kit (body filler didnt get used going to use that on tail gate)
so started by giving it a few coats of fiber glass
then used some of the bupmer filler in the larger holes
then waited for it all to dry smoothed it all down and sanded to get a relatively nice finish, i then primed it but the primer was clear so no point really taking pics haha
then sprayed it arden blue gave it 2 coats tonight,
then tried it on car to check colour match and fit..
before
during
after
guna finish it off tomoz and then laquer it all.. will also start the skirts and rear bumper, not sure if to use gsi bumper or the bumper with cover on though yet. i have the arches from the gsi kit which just need sanding and re painting shunt take long..
also bought some ice goodies recently which got fitted but couldnt find my thread to update
2 x 15" inphase subs
3000w wiring pack
and an american legacy amp 2000w (which will as soon as i can fford be swapped for 2 more powerfull amps of a better quaity)
also have the kenwoods in the door and alpine chav by 9's powered from a sony amp (cnt remember spec)
also to be fitted this week is my latest win of the bay some mhw's
no not cracked just the packaging shadow.
