straight forward is it to change front bumper, me dad was goin on about black mastic to me but i thought it would just screw in.

Easy. Pop bonnet, and there will be 8mm bolts near the headlights. A couple under in the inner arch in front on the front wheel. And some round the back on the bottom.

Ignore the dodgy arrows

you see the three arrows at the bottom, there under the splitter, about 3 or 4 I think.
