My garden pond is FULL of frogspawn I've counted about 16 frogs and half of them are still mating. We get this problem every year and its the worst this year.
is there a humane way to get rid of the eggs and possibly some frogs? Do you need a permit to put them in a lake?
Any help is good help

Okay
tbh its the only option, we only have 2 fish left and the frogspawn tends to smother the pond and suffocate the fish

throw them out of the water into the soil, good fertiliser.
Stamp on them.
Leave them be, dont eat plant life and will kill bugs that do.

I'd love that! I'd just have my rifle out and pick them off from the upstairs window, would be immense

think its illegal just to dump them however we did it last year, your lucky wi 16 we had 32 last year and then we missed loads, we got and old bin the black ones with no wheels put water in not much, emptied all frog spawn in it and frogs put it in trailer and then took them to the lake and tipped em out, our fish do seem to eat some frog spawn though, or at least looks as though they do..
