I currently bought in an svideo cable kit for connecting my pc to my tv, everything looks set up properly and i can get a decent picture on my tv apart from the fact there is no colour
any help folks?

ites because there is normally two options for the svideo in on the tv, ordinary AV and Svideo AV, oridinary will show a picture with no colour and maybe a bit fuzzy.
Normally pressing the corresponding AV button again flicks it into svideo mode

tried both channels av and svideo av still no colour, also tried using the provided scart adapter, how do i change it pal from ntsc?

I had no end of troubles with my laptop when I tried to connect it to my TV through S Video!
if anyone has some simple steps that would be helpfull!

had no problems when connecting the MAC at my mums shop upto a plasma using an S Vid cable. The pic quality isnt the best, and had to sacrifice some of the quality when looking at the actual MAC to get a better pic on the plasma but isnt too bad.
