The regions a bit too big tbh 
imo it needs to be divided on 2 a SC South and a SC North as this region is massive. I personally cba to travel more than bout 30-45 mins.

To be honest I've always thought of S/C as our old school Basingstoke / Guildford meets anyway.
I consider the 'northern SC meets' as Central Mids Not south at all.
