Here is my other project at the mo.
its a 1992 K reg nova. It has been owned by two of my very good mates, but the one that had it before me,didnt look after it like it should be,and then ended up selling it on ,because he couldnt be bothered getting it all sorted up...
but i couldnt see ANOTHER nova going to the grave yard in the sky,so i bought it off him for a bag of sand (a grand)

Over winter it stayed at his work,as i didnt have no where to put it at the time. so a couple of weeks ago,it was time for its big move ! okay,it was only 30miles

Last weekend, i started working on it. first of all, i started stripping out all the interior
after about an hour, all i was left with was this :
Next on the list was to remove the smashed headlight,and broken grill:
This is where some things were brought to my attention:
under the headlight
tie bar has split the front crossmember:
My plans for this nova aint going to be making it no concours show winner, my aim is just to replace the wings ,maybe the front panel,weld in strenghthening plate kit,seam weld whole engine bay,put brand new headlights,tailights,indicators,bumpers,mirrors etc etc.
basically just freshen up the car,so its clean again.
engine wise- i m planning on ditching the standard intake system,and running Yamaha R1 bike carbs on it,and a few other things (quickshift etc)
it already has a race manifold,ecotech pipe,exhaust system,and headwork.
TRACK DAYS HERE WE GO!!!!
gonna be taking it to knockhill and crail for a bit of track and quarter mile action, cause the quarter mile always shows that a reasonabley powered car but wieghing nothing can beat alot bigger things

nah i ve got everything for it now mate,morrettes,smoked rears etc etc,i ve got money sitting waitin to buy an XE for it,it will egt fitted,mot`d,then i will put on my parts and sell it,my mums wanting me to feature it in Total Vauxhall,cause they are wantin to feature it,but i dont know if i can be arsed,its always a good selling point
