My god. I got told off by my optician for sitting so close to my 32" in my room when he asked, do you sit close to the TV mr walby
Reckon I could finish him off if I said I sat 2 foot away from a 46"

I would sit about 3 metres away from the TV

WTF is neighbours TBH, i think with Australia being so close to Japan, we get a lot of technology before the states and europe. We have had full HD digital broadcasts for a couple of years now.

Hmmm always the way -- I buy the F71 then they bring out an LED backlight version with 1080p.
I was looking at the M46 before (also LED backlit) but it was only 720p...
Suppose if you always hold out for new technology you'd never buy though
