Right, as its only a week and a bit away i thought it better post this

ive u2u'd any one who hasnt got my number incase of any issues i can help with

The Time Table

07.30>Signing on
08.30>Safety briefing
09.00>Open lane begins
12.00>Lunch
13.00>Track time restarts
17.00>Track time ends

Where you need to go

Contact details

Brands Hatch Circuit
Fawkham,
Longfield,
Kent DA3 8NG
Tel: (0)1474 872331
Fax: (0)1474 874766

Directions

Brands Hatch is situated on the A20 near West Kingsdown. Just 3 miles from junction 3 (Swanley) of the M25, it is linked via the A20 to the M20 and M25/26 motorways

Head for the main gate, and NOT the paddock entrance, as it will be closed

Once your there

There will be a member of staff at the barrier on the day, explain to them your on the trackday, and they will give you directions of where you need to go to sign on, which will be the Nigel Mansell Centre, which is in the pitlane

Important - when driving around the site keep speed to a minimum, they are VERY strict on this

as you drive along the road the grandstands will be on your right, when you get to the kentagon bar pictured here

there will be these gates and buildings infront of you

drive through these and bear round to the right, now the weighbridge will be infront of you, turn right again through the gates which takes you through the tunnel under the track, go through the LEFT tunnel, which may sound simple but ive seen people go through the wrong way

one through your be heading towards the centre, go round to the left and your be in the rear of the paddock

Do NOT go and find a garage, we have some reserved for us which will be locked, which i'll be sorting

from there MSV will be telling us whats what

enjoy the day, please please dont be shy if we dont know you, and ......

DONT FORGET YOUR DRIVING LICENCE

With regards to spectators who are comming along, MSV dont like people parking in the padock behind the pits

your best bet is to park behind the grandstands on the main stright, and use the pedestrian tunnel to the right of the Brabham centre grandstand to get to the Pitlane

map is here for everyone of the layout

Not a bad place to park at all, shame we cant see the track from there. There are spaces near the kentagon as pictured, can we park there?

Oh right no not all, but for us not on the track might be nice to have a look round each others cars as per any normal meet while in view of the track. Only a thought!
