I have nearly the same problem. Some moisture on my dipstick. But, no mayo anywhere else. The best thing to do is a compression test.

Its just condensation, I bought my 1.2 eightvalve with the oil cap like that with the attitude if it goes il get it fixed,
I had it for a year and a half and did 20,000 miles in it with out putting a drop of water in it, Oil was changed obviously
It will go away in summer when the air is a bit dryer

Thats nowt, just condensation as already said.
Headgasket would be much worse than that.
Mine has had a oil cap like that for months now, it uses no oil or coolant.

Looks entirely normal in my opinion.
Just keep an eye on it make sure it doesn't get worse.
With a blown headgasket, the oil/water contamination will be much worse than a small bit on the oil/coolant cap.

I would be over heating cause the water doesnt stay in the cooling channels around the cylinders, it mixes with the oil and gets every were

Whats the coolant itself look like?
Clean?
Or crappy and oily,lol
Overheating could be a dodgy waterpump, or jammed shut thermostat, overheating dont always mean HG.

normall temp with the blowers off should be between 90 - 95 degrees,
When its sat ideling its deffo going to go up to 100 after a while cause theres no air blowing through the radiator ( untill the fan kicks in at 100 and pulls some through )
