brakes need doing, but i have a feeling that the master cylinder is on its way out as its been spongy since the last redo of brakes and the pedal feel is a lot lot worse now.
Just wondering if its worth upgrading the master cylinder rather than replacing it - and if so, from what/what to?
And is it an easy job to replace the master cylinder?

IIRC, there isn't an 'upgrade' per se, you can only fit the one type
Unless you want a compbrake pedal box?

thats the thing, the front brakes were bled a few times as i thought it was excess air...but still turned out to be the same
Robin - don't think my shopping cart is worth getting a pedal box setup for it, doesn't go fast enough around the aisles

Try the rears?
Braded lines etc.
