Thought i would move this in here so the progress can be followed.

Im sure most of you will recognize this already. Bought it off Cubie on sunday, its nickname is J-Lo and it turns out shes been passed around more times than the pop diva herself...Enjoy

Black cav wheels are only temporary. Plans are as follows

Either speedlines or silver cav gsi wheels
Laguna splitter
Coilovers and a bit lower
v6 brakes
half roll cage in white

Bonnet pins will be sorted, just changing to silver ones for now though untill car is painted in the winter.
If you think the engine is clean, wait untill iv actually cleaned it.

Right started stripping her down today to get her ready for the Total vauxhall show at knockhill.

Next few weeks undersealing will be finished. Also going on are

Laguna splitter, just need to cut it.
New headlights and clear side repeaters
Silver bonnet pins
New small numberplates
Also a new windscreen going on as the one thats on it is scratched and stone chipped badly.

Heres how she stands just now

Under the bonnet was minging, covered in oil and shit so i cleaned that and polished it...De gunging the engine and bay tomorow and painting the rocker cover.

Also this might be of interest to anyone with whit paint, i tried out various waxes trying to find out which was best for my white paint and got some advice to use Jeffs Werkstatt Acrylic Kit found here http://www.polishedbliss.co.uk/acata...05protect.html It gave a awesome reflection and shine!

Will keep this updated as i go along

Wee update with speedlines and clear side repeaters...Still toying with the idea of the splitter, i do like the clean look, but GM mudflaps are going on to prevent stonechips so might suit...we will see.
Anyway, i think the wheels and side repeaters really clean up the car.

Opinions?
