Cleaned and polished the car today...looks nice and shiney...BUT...I miss having a black car...as the difference when its cleaned up is
Silver does look shiney and probably appears to stay cleaner longer than a black car would...but the results are far superior on a black car...
This has now meant I am determined to keep the car in tip top condition all the time...

Yes Silver never shows all the effort you have put in. I found that with my old Corsa, the S3 hurts my eyes if I clean it for too long.

Black cars are shiney, but silver cars always have that certain look about them when there gleaming
But I spent hours on Thursday cleaning mine for it to look hardly any different
Mines still spotless at the moment & when I came out of the beer offy earlier I literally had a crowd of people admiring it
Made all the effort of cleaning it worthwhile, even if most of them were chav scumbags

I love the way black cars gleam when you have spent a good couple of hours on them but the only pain is with our weather most of the time it looks dirty again in a couple of days
