you need to bleed the system, there should be a wee valve on one of the pipes. Not too sure on how to do it in a corsa.

1. get engine up to about 95 degrees
2. remove cap from expansion tank
3. put blowers on hot on setting 2
4. run on fast idle (2000rpm) until coolant bubbles over from expansion tank
5. let it bubble over for 5-10 seconds
6. turn off engine and blowers
7. leave to cool down completely
8. top up expansion tank
that will get any airlocks out.

yeah it aint an air lock though i have done this a few times now and it still aint getting hot though and theres a water pipe that goes through the bulk head and its hard as a rock and the 1 above it can be squeezed a bit if u know what i mean. so would i have to take the pipe off to flush it? cos its a bit of a pig to get to
