My grandad says i need a new backbox the ?baffles? have gone, so where can i get one from and is there any point getting a nice enough one from thats got a bit of deepening sound to it??

If your going to spend money on a standard back box, you may aswell use it for a nice box, although i dont no the price of a standard 1. sum back boxes are supposed to add power but youll probably not notice the difference. If you wanted to get a standard 1 u cud stick a tip on just 4 £15 or so - thats if you dont want the noise. This is wot i did as i like the note my k+n gives becasue it is quite quiet

chemix (halesowen or anywhere) £45 for a standard backbox or £74 for a "sporty" one...i just brought a sebring for mine though lol £140 but i fancied the quality and look of a 6" by 4" back box pipe

I paid £32 for a brand new standard backbox when mine blew a couple of months ago. That was VAT, fitting and all that included.

Makes sure, if you get a 'sports' exhaust that your insure will insure you with it. If you don't declare it, your insurance is potentially void
