I don't expect there is, searched Google but not really found anything that works well - Only a program that will make them into Shockwave files, could do with them being mpg so I can convert to 3gp and put on my phone
Any suggestions?

keepvid will do them in .flv format then just use a convertor

http://www.saveyoutube.com/ to save the .flv file.
Then http://www.rivavx.com/index.php?downloads&L=3 and install Riva FLV Encoder (its the 3rd one down) to convert to mpeg. I used Blaze Media Pro to capture the audio from a youtube video the other day and have it as a ringtone. Worked a treat

No they don't. You can convert them to Ipod's MPEG4 but you lose sound for some reason.
