Yep dedicated games/web/music machine just need to get case/PSU and cooling bits

cost is around £750-£850 but im buying bits through work so hopefully get the VAT back

when DX10 hits you will need a new graphics card to get the best from them. mines not top spec but will do for a couple of years and only cost £220

click

as i use mine fo games/web etc i want decent graphics and so i decded to upgrade to a new Direct x10 compatible cardfor when the dx10 games arrive.

It depends what you want from your PC as to whether £200 is worth it

Its running at about 45 idle. Shoots up quite a bit under any kind of load tho (about 55-60). Ive had it at 3.4ghz but it wasnt really stable for long enough, PC froze every hour or so. Bear in mind, my cooling is only passive (no radiators, no fans, etc) its only as good as air cooling really, its just silent which i like
