we sell the same hubs as chris, never had a problem with them.
sure you are using the right cv joints?

1992 calibra outer cv"s ive tryed vauxhall and local motor factor ones none fit.

should slot straight in, what driveshafts are you using? why are they damaging wheel bearings? tight fit?

yes tight fit,as the teeth end on cv there is a raised flat section about half inch long witch matches the inner hub at rear,this is the part what seams to be catching on inner hub.shafts are calibra equal length ive used them before on other convertions.
