Right decided to make a thread. The work is not complete just yet, but its looking ok now, but will keep adding to this post as things happen.

got it from colchester auction for £1325, bit of a bargain i thought.

got it cleaned up as soon as i got it

there were loads of bits wrong.... such as the bumper being broken...
which you can see in this pic

which needed sorting, but my laziness promted me onlt to debadge it......badly

Showed will94, he liked it, and suggested i buy an induction kit...so off to halfords to buy a ripspeed £26 jobby (what was i doing?)

you can also see in this pic the strut brace i bought from the lovely Richard (P1CK4D)

after a few months of doing sweet FA with the car apart from adding a few thousand miles. i decided to take the piece of shit air filter off, because, frankly it made me sick. put the stadanrd air box back on. and it was loads better. (despite what ryb would tell me on msn)

there was some laquer damage on the bonnet and boot, so got that done by a pro (no pics)

a few weeks later, the stuff i'd been buying was building up in my bedroom, so done something about it. Fitted the remus center section, and peco back box, also the 50mm Pi springs curtosy of another lovely lad, richard_cooper. we can see both mods in 1 pic

Loud

Steve had a Carbon induction kit that he bought from Dave A laying around, so i decided to take it off his hands.

so, after months of nagging my dad to do the body work, a week before pvs we got down to business.

so made a start

got the skirts and grille off and got them ready for a re spray

got the new bumper primed and ready....and the other bits

got the bits sprayed up,

fitted

few finishing touches, gave it a clean and i was ready for PVS

thanks to the guys on here that sold be there bits, and a big thanks to my dad who put most the effort in

The reason i said yellow, was because i have those irmy motorsport flashes, so blue and touches of yellow would be better. if not i'll just do the calipers black
