Pretty pathetic of the sun really...

If he hadn't the picture of the motorway, I'd of just said 'I did it on the autobahn' or on a rolling road took the pic.

There is a law which states summet about a speeder has to be caught using an apprioved technique.

What are the Sun now... a bunch of coppers... this is really gunna get motorists onside with em isnt it.

They say the time can be proved... but what if he turns round and says "the battery went flat so the time is incorrect...

Seems harsh BUT 150mph on motorways not dangerous? Get a grip ffs Somebody pulls out oddly enough thinking your travelling at 75-85mph...

Hes stupid for posting up pictures in the first place. OK post a picture of just the speedo but to also show the road etc is asking for trouble.

IMO it will be thrown out as the simple fact is there is no solid evidence. The photo is time stamped but there is nothing to say that the time was correct.

Do a search for speed camera on the sun website, they spend most of their time pretending to be against the idea of camera's, and publicising the negative aspects of them - yet don't hesitate to grass some poor fucker in who was aiming for some kudos on the internets

To be honest, if the Police rely on a publication like The Sun to catch people blah... blahhh..................

I don't think that those photos could be used in evidence to prosecute really. Witnesses?
