Xbox has died  Crashed on me last night so just switched it off and went to bed, just put it on now. 3 red lights. Just as i'm trying to save some money, its over a year old now so no warranty.
Where the cheapest place for a 360?

Yes Craig it was expected, its been crashing for ages so it was only a matter of time. Although I think its a great piece of kit, just over a year simply is'nt good enough for something that is £200+. Piece of shit.

Gona get a brand new one so I get warranty etc, bought this 2nd hand and now I aint got a reciept but just looked back through some posts on here and its just over a year old.

Bought it off someone off here just over a year ago and I think he had it for about a month before me, no reciept to prove anything though. Lesson learnt.

you any credit/debit card receipts for around the value of an xbox for somewhere like Tesco, Game, etc?
As can cometimes use a copy of that to blag when you bought it and get a new one!

Yeah will give it a go tomorrow.
If I get a new one, is a Core basically the same as I can swap all my bits over or is it worth getting a Premium and selling the extra's off?

yup, just ring and say you lost the receipt and its totally broken.
I did the same with a HP camera that was out of warranty and they just sent a new one and took the old one!
