when im doin about 50mph my car starts to jump and as soon as i get to 60mph or more my eml comes on. when u release the accelerator for 5ish seconds it goes off

its done this before and my spark plugs needed changed. is it the same again?? or does it just need a service as its done nearly 59000 miles??
