I've lost the V5 to the Vectra, looked on the DVLA website and noticed they charge £25 for a replacement
However, you're exempt from the fee if you're notifying them of changes to your details... I never got round to notifying them of my new address when I moved out, could I call them, say I've lost the form and get them to update my details, thus not having to pay £25?

Not sure, I think you have to send part of the V5 back to them to do it.
Worth a try though.

Doubt they'll do that, you need to send the V5 back to them to change details..

v62 form from the postoffice and if you have the green tear off slip from when you bought the car then attach that to the form and say that the v5 has never been recieved, get it for freeeeeeee
