as with all Zelda games, slow starting...
Little frustrating to begin with aswell, but soon gets into it.
Follows on well from Ocarina of Time & Master Quest
If you haven't already, I'd advise getting Ocarina of Time/WindWaker twin pack & having a blast on those also

I completed it, the game is just unreal, there are no words that can describe how clever the some of the puzzles are and how the landscapes are....

no they are n64 games, however they were released in numerous special edition collecters packs on the gamecube for instance,
zelda the windwaker (actually is a gamecube game) came released with ocorina of time as an add on.
however, you can also get them on the virtual console well ocorina of time, which is the easier option.
imo though the ledgend of zelda: links awaking is the best, this was on the snes as a 2d top down view.

Its arrived
Opening sequence is
The last time I played Zelda was around 15 years ago when I bought Links Awakening for the Game Boy!
I thought I best buy it for the Wii to see what all the fuss was about! First impression was the intro was stunning and it showed that the console was capable of some brilliant graphics. I was a bit disapointed that the charactors don't really talk and that theres subtitles instead (A minor thing but I'm fussy like that!) I'm also hoping the animation sequences don't out do the gameplay. The controls will take some getting used to, a bit like the controls of Resident Evil on the PS did! The only othe games I've played are Sports and Red Steel so I suppose its to be expected! I had a bit of a nightmare trying to get the horse to do the jumps but thats another thing I'll have to master!

Not played for a while due to RE and Mario.
Got the lantern and gone in to the cave and fought the plants and bats, got out the other side and fought the gargoyle things and got the key from the other cave. Rescued the girl and monkey and now have to herd the cattle up before I start my mission proper.

Herded the cattle, got told off for injuring me horse, went to get it back and got whacked. Just been turned in to a wolf and put in to a prison cell. Spent 5 minutes trying to get out by randomly digging before turning off and going out.
