Right, over the last day my PC has begun to piss me off a treat. Every time I go to open a file, or save a file, it displays the files in reverse alphabetical order. I can right click and get them the right way around, but its a pain in the arse. Why is it suddenly doing this?

Tried rolling back to a few days ago before it started doing it?

click view, arrange icons by, then name.

it should save the view

arrange them how you want to, then hold ctrl and click the red x to close the window. then try and file > save as and it should be ok.

good old windows.
