Well this is fucking bullshit

On doing a bit of investigating last night me and another clan member have found a HUGE flaw in the auction house.

Say I am auctioning one of my cars that has a design that I spent a lifetime on, and when putting it up for auction I lock the design thinking it is safe from people tampering it.

If someone buys that car if they try to edit the design you get the message saying "this design was locked and you need to delete it before you can create a new one".

HERE IS THE FLAW!!

If you re-sell the car at the auction house you get the option to lock the design. If you choose no then that design is unlocked to the world and now everyone can edit your design and say it is theres or whatever.

Turn 10 this needs a fix as soon as possible!!!

If we lock a design it should be locked FOREVER not for one sale. Many people put hours of work into a design and we deserve the right to it remain ours. Maybe this is why ther are so many of the same design going around on the auction house and people know about this but haven't brought it to anyones attention.

Until there is a fix I suggest you keep your custom designs to yourself to ensure that they remain exclusive to you.

Its not like you are going to receive any real recognition for the design. Its a game for crying out loud! Do you all really care that much if some kid at the other end of the country/world tells people your paint job is his handy work!
