It said on the BBC news this morning it was Manhunt 2?
edited to pop the link in, it doesnt say anything about the Jamie Bulger image on it though but it did on the news this morning.

Manhunt 2 was refused classification by the BBFC.
Law and order 2 featured a poster of jamie bulger and has now been banned.
