Speculation is getting a bit ott at the minute but we are now chasing torres since la liga has finished. A. Mdarid have said he's not for sale some figures of a £16m valuation from our side but his contract clause is £27m (jist from liverpool echo)

From BBC today:

Liverpool are poised to make a £25m swoop for Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres. (Various)

Rafa Benitez also wants to pip Newcastle, Sunderland and Aston Villa to Villarreal's £15.5m striker Diego Forlan. (Daily Mail)

Eto is staying at barca, end of.

Lyon have said deal aint done with chelsea for malouda.

Yeah, Eto deal is a no go this summer atleast. He just doesnt want to move even if Barca have been pimping him about to other clubs!

And Lyon wont sell Malouda for less than £17m, which is about £5m too much so they can GTF.
